The company continuously invests in new expertise and technologies. We have modern spring winding CNC machines which allow us 100% control within the spring winding process. We use only top-quality input materials in addition to having modern measuring equipment and qualified staff. The combination of all of the above elements allows us to constantly monitor and ensure the quality of our products.
We can also issue measurement reports and material certificates for each delivery. At the request of the customer, we can prepare complete APQP and PPAP documentation for prototypes and samples, or only the control plan, process flow diagram, PSW, sustainability test etc.
Approximately 30% of our springs are produced for the automotive industry, which is known to be one of the most demanding industries. We are proud to be able to say that we have an “A ranking” with these customers and that our PPM is 0 (on field).
