We can produce springs in line with your requirements or offer you expert assistance in developing new springs. With the help of advanced software and our extensive experience, we can suggest the optimal solution, design a plan, find the most suitable material and make samples.

If required, the products can also be surface treated (shot peening, phosphatizing, bluing, zinc-coating, nickel-coating, passivation, powder-coating, KTL painting or applying a special anti-corrosion or anti-slip coating etc.).

We can issue measurement reports with all the required data (F1, F2, cp, cpk…) and material certificates for each delivery. At the request of the customer, we can prepare complete APQP and PPAP documentation for prototypes and samples, or only the control plan, process flow diagram, PSW, sustainability test etc.

We produce springs from all types of spring materials in line with customer specifications and also keep the most frequently used materials in stock (EN10270-1, EN10270-2, EN10270-3…).
