About The Company
Its beginnings date back to 1979, when we bought the first spring coiling machine. Even back then, we were already fully aware of the fact that only product quality and our willingness to cater to the customers’ requirements will enable us to compete in the long run.
This turned out to be a successful strategy, as the company increased the extent of its production year after year, invested in modern mechanical equipment and expanded its customer range.
At present, the company employs 6 people and has state-of-the-art spring coiling CNC machines, a machine for bending and cutting wire and flat cable, micro forging capabilities, grinders, a quenching furnace, a sustainability testing machine and modern measuring equipment.
Our production comprises manufacturing of all types of springs and bent elements in line with the requirements of our customers. We manufacture springs from round wire from 0,15 mm to 4,0 mm diameter. If needed, we can also make springs and bent elements from flat wire or strip. Springs are thermally processed and subjected to spring end grinding, deburring, prestressing and shot peening. In accordance with the customer’s requirements, they can also be coated with anti-corrosion oil, phosphatized, blued, zinc-coated, nickel-coated, powder-coated, KTL painted, etc.
